is this my real purpose?

the first phrase that comes in to my mind is "live life to the fullest" as what God planned for me.

to serve God in my own little way.
to graduate.
to care and comfort somebody but thus this somebody have a little idea that i need their comfort sometimes?.
to make YOU HAPPY in my own little way.
to be YOUR FRIEND that you can put your full trust.
to LOVE and be LOVED.

my real purpose is to love her as huge as the universe. to give her my full attention. to give her a beautiful life.

done.

a lot of thanks to YOU.
YOU help me think about my real purpose in life.
THANK YOU so much )
-YOU know who YOU are. -

elinette santos lepiten-

after i posted this in our forum my friend ask me. how can you live your life to the fullest?

natinga ko. bitaw noh? unsa di? kanang latagaw dri. latagaw dd2? ana?

ambot ui. basta go with the flow nalang cguro ko. :p

hahaha

do i learn?

Learning is a process that never stops. It is an unending and undying process.
As long as you still have life, you never stop learning and discovering yourself.
Never stop exploring. Never stop ask questions.
If there is still time for exploring and discovering grab it and fight for it.
Fight for it with your full courage and act as if you need more.

honestly? I didn't learn any lesson in the commencement address of Steve Jobs too, maybe I just can relate some part of it.
because,I know that, I can learn a lesson from my experiences, [past experiences.
I just don’t learn because of what Steve Jobs say in his commencement address.
Ive learn because of what I have experienced.
*balik.balik*

“My past is just a part of my future.”

I think, I'm contradicting on what Steve Jobs want to relay,
my mind is struggling on this phrases,
“ whatever you do to your past will reflect what you will be in the future. It’s like the law of action and reaction.
In every action there is an equal or opposite reaction, thus everything that you've done on your past will have
either an equal or opposite yield.”

I just end this post.
all I want to hold on, on this words,
“One thing that we should remember
Collect all the pieces that was left
No obstacles that we cannot overcome.
Don't be afraid to risk.” -from aboves post

**nalilito.

nice:)

pagsasawaang pakinggan.

Natatandaan mo anak noong bata ka pa?

kapag gusto mo ng lobo, paulit-ulit mo 'yong sasabihin,

maghapon kang mangungulit hangga't

Amoy matanda, amoy lupa.

Huwag mo sana akong piliting maligo.

Mahina na ang katawan ko.

Madaling magkasakit kapag nalamigan,

huwag mo sana akong pandirihan.

Natatandaan mo noong bata ka pa?

pinatyagaan kitang habulin sa ilalim ng kama

kapag ayaw mong maligo.

Kapag may konti kang panahon,

magkwentuhan naman tayo, kahit sandali lang.

Inip na ako sa bahay, maghapong nag-iisa.

Walang kausap.

Pinagtyagaan kong pakinggan at intindihin

At huwag kang mag-alala,

precious gift :)

You’re the most precious gift I receive in my whole life, even though you come into my life unexpectedly. Some say you gave me an early responsibility, well it’s alright. Because of you I realize the essence of life. I realize how hard to do things instantly. I realize how to save money for you and for our future. I don’t hesitate to buy you food or any things that you need.

In our situation today, I only go home 2 times a month, so we just meet 4 times a month. Imagine how hard is our situation? When I ride in the bus when I return in the place where I study, I already miss her even though hours only pass.  I need to leave her for our futures sake. Two years from now in God’s grace I will graduate in college, plan to be a technopreneur, technopreneur because of my taken course. I want to give her a beautiful life like my mom gave us. I also want to give my Mom a happy living. Happy living in a sense of I can give all the things she wanted.

pirates in the SILICON VALLEY :)

Once a founder, always be a founder.

1. What are the factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur?

In the movie, pirates of the Silicon Valley, there are lots of factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs, these factors shape his life as a technopreneur.

As defined, Technopreneur comes from two words Technology and Entrepreneur. It means a business that using technology as their business model. Jobs and his buddy Steve Wozniak are very fun in inventing until they both invented a very cute little computer which caused apple to a booming company.

Most entrepreneurs do not start out with thousands of dollars in capital to start a company. They need to convince others to invest in their company to get it off the ground. To convince others to invest in his businesses, Jobs had to use his natural charisma. Charisma is almost of a way of cheating in the entrepreneur realm. A good product will usually gather investment, but an ordinary product with a good product head has just as good of a chance of gaining money. Jobs show off his legendary charisma when introducing new products at press conferences. He makes it seem like his product is the best thing since sliced bread. It wasn’t just these characteristics that made Steve Jobs the man he is today. It’s as if there is some sort of unknown recipe that turned an orphan into the greatest and most innovative thinker in the computer industry. A lot of Job’s life consisted of luck, but these basic characteristics helped him get to where he is today.

Steve Jobs is a great entrepreneur for various reasons. His great determination put him on the top of his wanted career by using his skills and intelligence. Jobs, was able to attain his great dream as a technopreneur. The other factor is being a wise thinker, His works of creativity and design is also one of the factors affecting his success.

Devotion to work is also important, and when it came to the products his company was creating.

Steve Jobs was devoted. He makes sure that the products being put out looked good and can worked good. Jobs expected this same level of devotion back from his employees, which sometimes led to conflict. He changes his characters and ideals.

He doesn’t listen to his employee’s reason; his commands would always be granted. He gained many negative feedbacks from his companion. He had lost his partner Wozniak it is all because of what he did.

Basically, to grow and prosper, a technopreneur must find, attract and keep employees who help them turn their entrepreneurial dreams into future successes. Once talented, loyal and ambitious employees are hired, business schools don’t often teach how to keep them. I’ve found successful entrepreneurs acquire and demonstrate certain people-development priorities:

A good technopreneur must learn about different personality types and general human-behavior tendencies. A technopreneur must reward certain behaviors. For example, there are specific behavioral modification techniques that can be adopted to produce desired results. On the other hand, you want to avoid rewarding undesirable or unproductive behaviors. In my work with entrepreneurs, we develop incentives for reinforcing desired employee behaviors. We also work to create an environment of trust so that employees feel safe. I’ve found that when we show as much passion, drive and concern for our employees as we have for our business, we enjoy greater opportunities for creating “employee delight.” Delighted employees are usually happier, more loyal and committed to helping a business succeed. If you want to be as successful as other successful entrepreneurs like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Richard Branson, you need committed and dedicated employees.

Jobs, believes in staying ahead of the pack. “Innovation is the distinction between a leader and a follower,” Jobs once said. He doesn’t necessarily believe in being the first into an industry, but he believes in being the first to do it right. Steve Jobs doesn’t want to be a regular employee. When he founded Apple, he didn’t want to be yet another company battling for money but instead he wanted to
change the world. This hunger to be known made him as successful as he is today.

For me as a young future technopreneur I must focused on creative and innovative solutions of my distinguished career, I must learn how to accept my mistakes and failures, I must be Persistent and passionate, about my dreams, I must be Positive and optimistic, I must possess a strong belief in my inventions and ideas Like Steve Jobs I must set high standards for me and for others I may not hesitate to ask for or receive advice from others

According to Henry Ford “The whole secret of a successful life is to find out what is one's destiny to do, and then do it. “It is true because if you are not destined to that thing you kept on doing, it is really not meant for you and it won’t fall on your hands. Better leave that and look for another that belongs on you.

Successful leadership techniques don’t always come naturally.

“Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasms what have Sir Winston Churchill said. You would not come up into success perfectly or without any error or failures. You will never succeed unless you fail. The inspiring thoughts is, never loss an interest or enthusiasm when failure comes in your ways to successions. Never feel discouragement but instead, take it as a challenge for it is part of molding you as a person.

And the single word that entered my head when I watch the movie was: "deprive!!!". No empire lasts forever.

2. How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?

Technopreneurship is the key to earn money through technology.

A technoprenuer is an entrepreneur who is technology savvy, creative, innovative, dynamic, dares to be different and take the unexplored path, and very passionate about their work. They take challenges and strive to lead their life with greater success. They don't fear to fail. They take failure as a learning experience, a stimulator to look things differently and stride for next challenge. Technoprenuers continuously go through an organic process of continual improvement and always try to redefine the dynamic digital economy.

How long, we, the youth should empower the entire society? Wait for a job opportunity that came from our government or others. In today’s era, self employment offers more job fulfillment. That produces more goods and services that are available in our society.

As I grow in this God made thing, the earth, I’ve realized one thing. I must love my whole being in order to grow. Just like Steve Jobs said, “You’ve got to find what you love.”

In this quote I can probably say that I must love what I do, not because I wanted to do it but because I love to do it.

Before I have already set in my mind that I shall have a great earnings and this is to be an employee, but as I experience working in my cousin’s fast food chain, last year’s vacation, it changes my mind. I want to put up my own business; I want to be the boss not the servant.

I also remember that my mom buy a lot of biscuits and candies, I thought it is all mine, but my mom told me sell this in school. How I’m so grateful that my mom let me sell all those things because she let me know how to sell goods to other people. I earn a little amount of money and a very big learning, that it’s not easy to start a small business in a little investment. My small income in that time helps me buy my personal stuffs without asking money to my mom. I know it could help for our finances for the family and in my mother’s budget plan for our financial needs at school especially when classes are going to start from a big time of summer vacation. See, having a business even you are still in school is building out a big part towards you as a student and to your family as well as your needs at home and or school.

It’s not the end of my fast approaching “riches” hahahaha.(but I don’t really dreamt about my riches It is just an idiomatic expression.)When I reach high school, I did continue my business career, I experience merchandising, selling of goods to my friends and specially my relatives like AVON, NATASHA and TUPPERWARE. My mom told me that I must learn how earns money so that I can know how to budget or control spending my own money, so that l can realize how hard is to earn money and only spend it into “walang kabuluhang pangangailangan.”

No one aims to be in a low class of living, everyone wants to have their own business.

Now, that I’m in college and taking up Information Technology, as a business minded person I’m practicing editing photos, making invitations, making t-shirt designs and a lot more. In my previous college days my friend ask me to do him a little favor that is to make him a power point presentation for his Literature subject, well I easily grab this opportunity this might be my stepping stone to have my own business and this is to have my own photo studio. I really love designing, I spend a much time in editing and designing photos than studying my lesson. J

Developing your skills and abilities are one of the aspects that considered necessary in technopreneurship as it was merged by technology proficiency and entrepreneurial skills. Like what have Steve Jobs did. According to some source in the internet that “in an era of man-made brainpower industries, individual, corporate, and national economic success will all require both new and more extensive skills sets than have been required in the past. By themselves skills don't guarantee success. They have to be put together in successful organizations. But without skills and technopreneurship there are no successful organizations” a technopreneur distinguishes logics and strategic decision-makings that includes skills, abilities, and creativity that shapes to an effective business.

If making dreams and aspirations is forbidden, I am now in jail, restricted and no freedom to fulfill those dreams. If dreams are necessary to bought, I am now indebted. Thank you for it is not. I don’t want to be rich. I just want to earn enough money to earn a living. I’m dreaming of these stuffs for my mom, siblings, relatives who help me for what I’m in now and for my precious gift. J

Just always remember what Steve Jobs says “Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith. I’m convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.”

3. Would you take the same career path that Steve Jobs took? Why or why not?

We are really struggling for survival but we don't know that the stuffs that could save us from annihilation and broke are just beside them, having a business, that we can call our own.

I’m a dreamer. I’m also persistent. I’m passionate. I’m optimistic. I’m Intelligent. I have the guts, the confidence. I’m curious of all things. I’m not afraid of failure. I see through high expectation. I don’t hesitate to ask for some advices. I like the positive characteristics of Steve Jobs. In short, I would like to take the same career path Steve Jobs took.

Education is the key to success. For some entrepreneurs, it doesn’t necessary to take a college degree courses to have a successful leadership technique, it always comes naturally.

Entrepreneurship is calculated risk-taking but if you have the will to take that path to become successful in life as what you want it is so possible!! If you will invest in your own business and become and employer and not an employee, you can buy the entire thing that you need and especially what you want. People are so persistent in buying all the things they wanted. They wanted to buy things even though they are not needed in order to live.

  • A good technopreneur is not dependent on what he or she read.

  • A good technopreneur must engage to different level of modern technology.

  • A good technopreneur must be capable in listening to other people’s advises and opinion.

Thus, according to some educators “Education is the key to success”. Our parents default mind set for us is to send us to school; we must study, graduate and get a high paying job.

The unending reason of the students on a question of why they’d study, or why does their parents send them to school is to find a job that will let them earn a big amount of money to sustain their wants and needs. It is reality that even before many have graduated, with a flying colors but unemployed, they are jobless, and in finding jobs, they hard to find it. A lot of them got diplomas but still unlucky in finding a job, the diplomas became useless and as well as their good grades in school – it really doesn’t matter when you graduate. In this case, are these unlucky people were already hopeless? Is there any way or opportunity which would be called as their source of income? In fact, there are a lot of ways and opportunities, right? Like putting up a business, technopreneurship is one that really provides business opportunity to people by employing technology as the way of empowerment and which also involve in delivering innovative hi-tech products or makes use of hi-tech in an innovative way to deliver its product to the consumer. A lot of people also received diplomas and employed but with regards to their state of living, there is no changes.

With regards to this, Steve Jobs is a dropped out student of his college. But this didn’t make the reason in what he had already achieve right now.

With regards to my employees in the near future, I as a business owner I must find, attract and keep my employees turn their entrepreneurial dreams into future successes. To be a successful entrepreneur I must be engrossed with my business opportunities that they may fail to remember the needs of my employees. I must also know or understand my employee’s motivations, learn their different personality types and general human behavior tendencies.

Giving concern for my employees enjoy greater opportunities for creating a “employees delight”. Delighted employees are usually happier, more loyal and committed to helping a business succeed. If you want to be successful as Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, we need to be a committed and dedicated employee.

The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
